Carbon60 are currently recruiting for a Inside Sales Administrator to join a well established engineering company on a 3 month contract basis to cover Maternity leave.

This position will focus on supporting the administration team on all sale related queries, this will include:

  • Processing sales order and schedules.
  • Generate quotations for customers.
  • Coordinate and support other internal departments.
  • Ensure accurate records are maintained through internal ERP systems.
  • Delivering high levels of customer service.
  • Managing any outstanding orders utilizing a defined list of customer accounts.

Experience Required:

  • Previous experience in a commercial, industrial or distribution environment.
  • Ability to develop relationships with customers and internal teams.
  • Previous experience within a sales related role is highly beneficial.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to prioritise workloads.
