Scrum Master

Our client is a leading developer of temporary power generation equipment used globally across various sectors. They are looking for a Scrum Master to join their organisation. This is a hybrid role with 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home.

Their Software and Analytics team plays a vital role in keeping the lights on and ensuring we can deliver the best possible service to our customers. The team plays a central role in their talent strategy and they put significant focus in on developing and growing people in our team through apprenticeships, development plans and getting first-hand experience with our colleagues.

They are looking for someone who enjoys change, someone who wants to innovate and strive for better, grow 'pro-active' support to our business and develop great relationships with our stakeholders across the business.

This Scrum Master role is for modern data platform product team, you will be working closely with data engineers, power BI developers, BA's & testers to deliver modern data platform in Azure cloud and building next generation reporting platform, also communicating with key stakeholders and industry partners such as Databricks and Microsoft, promote agile ways of working (Scrum, Kanban etc) and leading all the agile ceremonies. This is an opportunity for highly skilled Scrum Master, this role will give you an exposure to modern data platform and cloud platform at enterprise scale.

Key responsibilities:

  • Guide and coach the team on SCRUM with the goal of increasing productivity whilst helping to maintain high quality releases.
  • Be passionate and promotive of agile ways of working- SCRUM, Kanban, Lean Thinking, Lean Startup, eXtreme Programming, SAFe, LeSS, etc. whilst being able to balance this with business constraints and needs
  • Organize and lead all SCRUM ceremonies.
  • Communicate effectively with all key stakeholders on progress, blockers and issues and overall product delivery.
  • Oversee and manage quality, scope, timelines, and deliverable that support business goals.
  • Monitor schedule and cost performance.
  • Identify key KPIs (quality, value, and flow metrics), track these and report these back to management as well as identify areas of improvement through these.
  • Prepare and present reports on the progress and success of the sprints.
  • A consistent strong performer who can interact with and build relationships with teams within ATS and our internal customers.
  • They will have a positive impact on the overall delivery and effectiveness of the team.
  • They will successfully embed agile processes and enable the team to deliver features and improvements of a high standard.


  • Qualified to degree level or have equivalent relevant experience
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP)
