Carbon60 are currently recruiting for an Administrator for a well-known large engineering company. Based in Bradford, this Administrator will work alongside technical experts advising customers and taking orders.

This Administrator role is on a 3-month temporary to permanent basis and has become available due to continued growth and expansion.

Role Responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming calls
  • Order processing (sales orders and supplier orders)
  • Chasing orders and updating orders
  • Placing and progressing orders with suppliers
  • General administrative duties (stationary orders etc.)
  • Dispatching orders to customers

Skills and Experience required:

  • Previous administration experience
  • Experience working in an engineering environment would be desired but not required
  • Previous experience in sales ordering processing
  • Good customer/ client communication and organisational skills
