Carbon60 are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Administrator for a well-known large engineering company that specialise in manufacturing pumps. This Customer Service Administrator will be a fully remote position for 3 months initially with a potential extension to be discussed thereafter.

Role Responsibilities will include:

  • General back-office duties such as managing emails, directing phone calls and general admin work etc.
  • Providing service reports for customers after visited
  • Occasionally will deal with incoming enquires from customers
  • Checking invoices and data entry

Skills and Experience required:

  • Good IT skills including Microsoft word applications
  • Prioritisation and planning skills - carrying out the role effectively and efficiently
  • Previous administrative or customer service experience required
