Carbon60 are currently recruiting for an Administrator for a well-known large engineering company. Based in Southampton, this Administrator will work alongside a team covering the administrative work for the southern region.

This Administrator role is on a 3-month temporary to permanent basis and has become available due to continued growth and expansion.

Role Responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming calls
  • Chasing orders and updating orders
  • General administrative duties (stationary orders etc)
  • Raising purchase orders

Skills and Experience required:

  • Previous administration experience
  • Experience working in an engineering environment would be desired but not required
  • Good experience using Microsoft applications such as word, outlook and excel etc.
  • Good customer/ client communication and organisational skills
