Our client are a specialist industrial services provider offering a wide range of mechanical engineering solutions and technical services to an incredibly broad spectrum of industries.
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Operations Manager working on-site for a key customer of theirs based in Burton-on-Trent.
For this role, we are looking for someone enjoys working closely with customers. You are very organised and comfortable with technology. You are quick to build rapport and always maintain high standards of customer contact.
You will be capable of making executive decisions and lone-working.
This is a high-profile role within the Operational team and as a Customer Operations Manager, you will have operational and commercial accountability on-site, delivering service excellence to your customer. You are responsible for your own and your visitor's health and safety and for the promotion of health and safety in line with our Health & Safety Policies and procedures.
You will lead and drive the coordination and collaboration with other business functions (Sales, HSEQ, Pricing, Commercial) ensuring that the contractual commitments to your customer are honoured with regard to savings and contract deliverables, change management and process compliance.
You will also be responsible for the management of the stores onsite, keeping on top of stock management and customer stock requests.
