We are currently working with one of the leading FM companies in the UK to support their Head Office function with ongoing Temporary Helpdesk Administration staff to support and number of their large accounts.

Job Purpose:

Receive calls via the helpdesk and support the production of a plan of maintenance activities within a defined area. To undertake the subsequent signing off of the agreed tasks at closure of the task and monitor and record feedback for the " closed out" tasks whilst providing and delivering the best value service through excellent customer care to match the client's needs.

Candidate:

Ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, be customer focused, strong IT systems and work well within a team

These roles are temporary but ongoing.
