We are currently working with one of the leading FM companies in the UK to support their Head Office function with an ongoing Temporary Procurement Administrator support their purchasing team. Main Duties: To ensure all purchase order approval routes and Transform invoice approval routes and delivery addresses are updated and amended accordingly Provide support and advice to the purchase card holders within the business, in addition to dealing with transaction limits, and card issues, checking and monitoring their purchases on a monthly basis, running a spend summary report and ensuring that all transaction information is submitted in a timely fashion through the Purchasing Card on-line system. Assist with obtaining and maintaining supplier compliance documentation and insurance documentation. Supporting HSEQ Procurement advisor with checking basic supplier information in preparation for assessment.
Essential Skills Qualifications: · Good IT skills including Word and Excel · Self-motivated and team player · Good telephone manner · Organised, proactive and flexible in the approach to all tasks · The ability to manage internal customer relationships
