Sales Support Administrator



Our client, a leading manufacturer who have been operating since the early 1990's and who support clients in both the UK and overseas is looking to strengthen their commercial team by the recruitment of a Sales Support Administrator

Your role will be to assist and develop Company and product sales activities for increased volume and profitable growth.


  • To follow up, progress to order to place status and administer sales enquiries and quotations as directed by the Sales Office Manager/Managing Director.

  • Provide daily/weekly/monthly or as required verbal and written updates for sales enquiries and quotations.

  • To ensure that Company business (in particular Sales and Marketing) procedures are adhered to.

  • To ensure that all quotation follow ups and processes are adhered to within agreed timescales.

  • Contribute to improved pre-sales processes.

  • Report competitor activity, liaise and develop business opportunities, with both, other members of the pre sales team and other Company departments.

  • Take reasonable instructions from other Heads of Departments or Directors.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role however candidates will be considered who have strong administrative/ organisation skills that can be transferred.
