Responsibilities* Lead a shift team (both days and afternoons) to deliver both planned and reactive maintenance along with any other engineering support to the 2 office sites in Central London.* Maintain full compliance with statutory documentation, H&S regulations, new contractor procedures and other essential paperwork. * Prioritise and advise on the urgency of PPMs to ensure zero failure. Make sure all work is documented in an accurate manner and maintenance schedules maintained and adhered to.* Ensure the engineering team work efficiently to complete PPMs and reactive tasks in line with SLAs.* Take ownership of hard services delivery, ensuring that works are done on time, in budget and any costs are allocated accordingly whilst always keeping a customer focused approach.
Person Specification* City and Guilds craft certificate/ONC in relevant engineering discipline along with a relevant apprenticeship.* Previous experience and knowledge of working in the building services or facilities management sectors.* Experience of working as an authorised person.* Previous Maintenance supervisor experience.* Prior experience of maintenance of electrical, mechanical, heating, cooling, ventilation and water systems.* Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.* Live within a commutable distance to Central London.
