Customer Account Administrator
We are working with a successful and growing outsourcing company who provide retailers with a range of support products that are not for re-sale. For example POS and Packaging.
To support their prestige client base, they are looking to recruit Customer Account Administrators who have extensive customer service experience gained within a fast moving environment to join a small customer support team.
- Support key customer accounts with order processing and general status enquiries
- Liaison with purchasing and logistics
- Monitoring customer stocks and trends to enable forecasting,
- Liaison with suppliers
The ideal candidate will need to be happy working in a role where there is a quick turnaround and you will need to be able to think on your feet. The ability to analyse data and work with excel on a daily basis is also a requirement for this role.
