Customer Service/Sales Administrator
We are working with a growing manufacturer on the outskirts of Cardiff who is looking to strengthen their Sales team by the recruitment of a Customer services/ Sales administrator.
The role will include:
- Taking Inbound calls from customers
- Order Processing
- Administration for the sales force
- Dealing with general queries and progress chasing when required
The ideal candidate will have:
- The ability to build relationships with customers
- Strong organisational skills
- Manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential
