The Opportunity

We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Customer Operations Manager to join a manufacturing company who are experiencing unprecedented growth and who want to ensure that the customer experience continues to be the best it can be from start to finish.

As a new role for the business, this appointment will enable the successful candidate to put their stamp on the role and make it their own.

Reporting into the Operations Director, you will have responsibility for 3 departments that look after order processing through to technical after care for a global client base.

The aim of the role will be to consolidate the 3 departments, review procedures to ensure a smooth process flow throughout the customer experience which is within a fast moving, batch manufacturing environment.

Strong customer service is what makes our client stand out in the market place so this is a key role within the business.

The Person

  • An experienced Customer Manager ideally gained within manufacturing/construction or similar industry
  • Have a proven track record of reviewing processes and instigating change
  • Be able to react quickly to changes of the business needs
  • Be customer focused coupled with business acumen
