Account Manager Support
We are working with an outsourcing company who support retailers both in the UK and Europe with products that are not for resale who, due to their continued success are looking for someone to support their Account Managers with analysing stock data and monitoring trends to ensure that they provide their customers with the best customer experience possible.
Additional Duties will include:
- Order Processing
- Liaising with clients at various levels
- Liaising internally with purchasing and logistics
- Monitoring stock levels
- Negotiating with suppliers
- Running of reports
The ideal person will come from either manufacturing, logistics or retail and will be very customer focused and have strong excel skills. The ability to juggle multiple tasks is also a requirement for this role
