A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Regional Sales Manager to join an established business with units across South Wales and South West to increase the market share of their product across the Manufacturing and Industrial sector from Bristol to Lands End.
The successful candidate will be selling capital equipment and service contracts and there will be a mixture of New Business and Account Management. Even though the bias of the role is towards new business, there is a high level of support from qualified leads, incoming calls and general enquiries from the office based team so you are free to get in front of the customer.
The business has recently undergone a number of positive changes including rebranding, the introduction of additional training and career plans and the infrastructure to enable them to expand into new markets with complimentary products to their core business.
Reporting into the MD, you will have autonomy to manage your areas and diary as you see fit. You will have the opportunity to develop and mould your career going forward contributing to the business not only with sales but ideas to aid growth.
Due to the nature of the product, you will need to have come from a technical sales type environment and be used to selling a product as opposed to a service.
