Telecoms Field Operative Apprenticeship

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our build partner, Fletchers Fibre Services, as a Telecoms Field Operative Apprentice.

This is an opportunity for someone looking to start their career within a fast-paced industry with a huge scope for growth!

Within this role you will be supported with both on the job training, working alongside experienced telecoms professionals as well as completing your level 2 Telecoms Field Operative Apprenticeship.

Your apprenticeship will include regular assessor visits, observations and reviews as well as exams, assessments and workshops.

Prior experience within the industry is not necessary, all you need is a genuine interest and willingness to learn, be open minded to the opportunities this could bring and show commitment throughout your apprenticeship. Ideally, you'll have a 2 or above in your GCSE Maths & English, however we can still consider your application if you haven't and will support you with this through your apprenticeship.
