Carbon60 are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor for a well-known large engineering company that specialise in manufacturing pumps. This Customer Service Administrator is on a temporary basis, covering a maternity cover period (until May 2023).

Role Responsibilities will include:

  • Answering inbound calls on the phone queue and assisting with customer queries
  • Preparing and sending quotations to customers
  • Reading through a price book and ensuring correct figures are passed onto customers
  • Use of internal ERP software to gather product information

Skills and Experience required:

  • Good IT skills including Microsoft word applications
  • Prioritisation and planning skills - carrying out the role effectively and efficiently
  • Previous administrative or customer service experience is advantageous
  • Great communication skills
