Our client is looking to recruit an experienced FM Administrator with immediate effect in Weybridge.

This is initially a temporary role until

Job Purpose: To assist various managers in the smooth and effective administration of the contracts. Liaising with other team members to ensure a consistent and professional approach. Principal Accountabilities:

  • To assist with the raising of purchase/subcontractor orders as requested by management
  • To assist with the producing of operational and monthly reports
  • To control the full implementation of the IMS and assist with internal audits
  • To assist in the preparation of supporting documentation for final invoicing
  • To assist in the collation and development of monthly KPI reports
  • To compile and distribute data relating to utilities, maintenance work, operational costs and invoicing
  • To assist with the producing and analysing of financial reports
  • To carry out general typing and filing duties as required
  • To carry out all reasonable tasks that may be requested from time to time by management
  • To compile engineers timesheets and input relevant information
  • To respond to client's Helpdesk requests
  • To assist with emergency requests and administration cover from additional site

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Good communication skills
  • Five GCSE qualifications at level A to C including Maths & English
  • Good IT skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access & Works - including site specific PPM systems & BMS
  • Good time keepeing and telephone manner essential
  • Able to work as part of a larger team
  • Able to work under pressure and to defined deadlines
  • Good interpersonal and customer relationship skills
  • Smart, presentable appearance. Flexible. A team person used to acting with initiative
  • Willingness to learn new skills and embrace procedures

This role would suit a person from an FM background or with relevant experience gained in similar fields, such as LCA or hospital.You would be coordinating and invoicing sub contractors, ensuring requested work is carried out to the standard demanded.
