Our client has a great opportunity for a temporary Administrator to work for 6 months from 9th March until the end of August.
Previous experience of working in a construction or maintenance office would be a advantage.
Duties will involve -
- Data inputting
- Raising purchase orders for materials on site
- Speaking to suppliers and ordering materials as directed by the site supervisor
- Organising time sheets
- Answering telephone and generally loosing with labour and site supervisor
With this role there may be some flexibility with working hours on a Monday to Friday basis
