Administrator Customer Service Advisor required for a permanent office admin role in a large nationwide facilities company in Treharris

Permanent position

Main Duties of the role will include:

  • Dealing with incoming customer queries
  • Speaking to customers over the telephone
  • Office administration and data entry
  • Process customer information on internal systems
  • General Office Administration duties
  • Telephone and administration work

All applicants must have the following experience knowledge and attributes:

  • Very good communication skills and attention to detail
  • Good previous office administration experience
  • Ability to work well under pressure in an office administration environment
  • Able to deal with customers over the phone
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Customer service skills and customer contact experience

£8.31 per hour plus free parking, subsidised gym membership and staff restaurant

Monday to Friday - 08:00-4pm and 09:30-6pm (alternate weeks on rota)
