Electrical Maintenance Technician

We are looking to hire a Electrical Maintenance Technician for a large FM company supporting an educational establishment in Cardiff.

Location: Cardiff

Salary: £37,000 inclusive of Shift Allowance

Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off, 4 nights, 4 off

The Role:

• Planned and reactive maintenance on a new development which includes class 6 clean rooms and optics and photonics laboratories.
• To ensure legal compliance with latest regulations and report on any deficiencies or potential issues.
• Completing all PPM's and reactive tasks
• Responding to any reactive and planned maintenance tasks throughout the building within skill set
• Supervising contractors who are undertaking work on site

The Successful Candidate:

• Commercial Electrical Experience
• 18^th Edition Wiring
• Experienced in fault diagnosis
• Experience within building maintenance environments
• Level 3 apprenticeship is required
