Carbon60 are looking to hire a Handyperson based in Filton Bristol - This is working for a large FM company supporting a prestigious client in the automotive industry. This is a great opportunity for the right to candidate to join a great company with excellent career progression opportunities.

Location: Filton, Bristol

Salary: £24,000

The Role:

• Assist with the day-to-day maintenance of the mechanical/Electrical infrastructure
• To be responsible for all gas, electricity, and water meter readings when they are required
• To carry out changes to water filters
• Oil and greasing on planned maintenance
• Painting as required
• Keeping clean and tidy workshop equipment, stores, out buildings and surrounding areas
• Driving duties as required
• To maintain and clean company vehicle as required
• To assist the maintenance and building fabric technicians as required
• To be willing and able to use the company Maximo FSM task system as a means of day to day working

The Successful Candidate:

• Experience in general maintenance tasks
• Basic computer knowledge
• Diligent, professional, and intuitive
