Quantity Surveyor

Opportunity for an Experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a truly global name in contracting and commercial property services. The position is within their Data Centre Solutions sector, and would suit individuals who have experience in the Data Centre, M&E, Commercial Fit-Out, or other similar sectors. The position would be initially based on a large Data Centre refurbishment project in East London. Typical Duties in this position:

• Analysing project finances and report against project budgets
• Compiling cost value reconciliation
• Managing the application process and ensure that the business is securing full entitlement
• Conducting site visits & meetings
• Quantifying and creating project budgets and sub-contractor packages
• Managing risk and project opportunities

Key Criteria:

• Building/Construction experience gained with a PQS, Cost Management Consultancy or top tier contractor
• Relevant experience on Data Centre, M&E, Commercial Fit out led projects with some client interface
• Degree Qualified Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
• MRICS would be advantageous but not essential
