Business Development Manager

Business Development Manager or Construction Retail Sales Professional. Business Development sales person required with a proven track record in winning business in the Construction Retail Fit-out and Refurbishment sector. The business is located in Fareham Hampshire close to Southampton and Portsmouth. Primary Duties

• Developing client strategies and pricing plans
• Presenting services to new and existing clients
• Initiating new business and client opportunities
• Becoming a subject matter expert on the company's products, processes and operations

Required Skills

• In-depth knowledge of Construction Retail
• Working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and any other industry-related software
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Creativity and innovation

Ideally you will have a minimum of two years in a similar role and a proven track record of success in this sector. A full UK Driving License is essential for this position.
