Air Conditioning Engineer

.Location: Manchester City Centre Salary: up to £35,000 Working Hours: Monday - Friday daytime hours (40 hours pw)Carbon60 are looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer on behalf of a market-leading Facilities Management provider to join a large maintenance team on a hospital site.You would carry out wide range of statutory maintenance, planned preventative maintenance, testing and fault-finding tasks to Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, Chilled Water and Fan Coil Systems. You would also document tasks, order parts and provide reports, calculations and recommendations for the correct and efficient running of equipment using the BMS and CAFM systems.You will have a City & Guilds qualification in plumbing craft, C&G 2079 F-Gas qualification and 2078 Safe Handling of Refrigerants as well as substantial practical experience.
