Streetworks Coordinator Apprentice

We are thrilled to offer the opportunity to join one of our established Build Partners as a Streetworks Co-ordinator Apprentice.As a Streetworks Coordinator your role includes a wide variety of duties and responsibilities.You will provide administrative, secretarial, and clerical support to colleagues to maintain an efficient office environment.

Main Responsibilities

• To assist in the management and administration of Streetworks notifications and permits
• Maintain incoming mail via Outlook and distribute appropriately.
• Update and maintain databases such as mailing lists, contact lists and client information
• General administrative duties, including but not limited to
• Managing incoming mail, coordinate courier service
• Maintain office filing and storage systems
• Organise travel arrangements as required
• Diary management
• Manage incoming calls and distribute accordingly

The right candidate will need to have

• Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and persuasively both verbally and in writing
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Good at building relationships.
• Previous administrative experience is desirable but not essential
