Site Manager

Mechanical or M&E Site Manager required for project on an NHS Facility in Bolton. The position is for a Principal contractor and is open to individuals available for a start date of 23rd January. The project is expected to run until early April The position will involve:

• Managing M&E strip out and installation works to high standard.
• Delivering on quality installation within project timescales and budgets
• Coordinating materials deliveries
• Coordinating and managing sub-contractors
• Organising RAMS, Toolbox talks etc.
• Ensuring all Site Health and Safety is in place and implemented.

Applicants will ideally:

• Have current SMSTS, Asbestos Awareness and 1st Aid.
• Have strong experience managing commercial M&E projects.
• Have strong management experience around enforcement of health and safety standards.
• Be available for a start on 23rd January.
• Based a commutable distance to Bolton.
