FM Maintenance Electrician Manchester, Lancashire.

Electrical qualified maintenance Engineer to cover the Manchester and surrounding areas of Lancashire close to Bury, Stockport, Bolton and Blackburn. The role predominantly requires you to carry out electrical planned and reactive maintenance on a variety or commercial premises within the retail sector. Duties

• Asses and repair electrical faults
• Carry out minor installations.
• Carry out routine planned maintenance.
• Periodic testing

Required

• Work within a designated radius of your home
• Must be able to work alone as well as supporting colleagues in your area when required.
• Full UK Driving license.
• Relevant Electrical qualifications
• Experience carrying out maintenance within large retail units is desirable.
