We're excited to say that our client is expanding and delivering more services across their properties to support our ambitions of leading our sector in customer service. The client are looking for an Advanced Multi-Skilled Operative to join their team working in and around the Basingstoke, Alton & Hampshire area, where you'll work in an agile manner covering various locations across our stock profile.

As our Advanced Multi-Skilled Operative, you'll be accountable in completing a wide variety of trades tasks to a high standard with an emphasis on delivering an efficient repairs service to our customers.

Using your proactive and forward-thinking approach, you'll liaise with customers and other colleagues, as appropriate, to ensure all relevant individuals are aware of progress and action taken and you'll make sure that our work carried out are compliant with health and safety in accordance with relevant service standards, building regulations, relevant legislations and codes of practice, to include use of all PPE.

In addition, you'll assist all other colleagues as and when required ensuring that residents receive the best possible quality service.

It's essential that you have C&G or NVQ level 3 as well as time serviced experience in a vast selection of trades. Plumbing, Carpentry & building are a must along with a proven track record in fault finding and scoping up works.
