With that in mind, this is a fantastic opportunity for a MIG Welder to join the company supporting a major project to fabricate a range of pieces for the automotive industry.

Duties

As a suitably experienced and qualified MIG welder you will be working in a clean, modern, well equipped workshop in Daventry. Primary responsibilities will be to fabricate metalwork from technical drawings, load jigs, tack, then weld up the assembled components. Typically MIG welding tubular, rectangular and square section with the associated plate and mesh infills. Other duties will include fabrication and MIG welding of structural and secondary steel work from drawings provided as necessary and as required.

About You

Ideally living in Daventry/Coventry/Northampton, or within a short commutable distance of NN11 8UF.

Demonstrable experience of MIG production welding within a workshop environment is essential for this role.

Proof of previous MIG welding codings are preferred but aren't essential as you will be coded by the company.
