Customer Service Advisor - Smart Meter

We are looking to recruit a Smart Meter Advisor to work for a large utilities company based in Cardiff on a Temporary ongoing basis. This is a great opportunity to join a stable industry with excellent opportunities to gain permanent employment.

Contract: Temporary Ongoing (minimum 3 months)

Pay Rate: £12.90 per hour (£477 per week - pre-tax)

Hours: Monday to Friday

Working Pattern: Hybrid Working - currently 1 day in the office 4 days at home

The Role:

• Entering Meter readings and working from spreadsheets to help improve performance.
• Technical flow-based work - sending queries to third parties for resolution.
• Customer and third-party phone calls.
• Responding to internal and external phone calls

The Successful Candidate:

• Energy Industry customer service background is desirable
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Good Communication skills
• Administrative Experience
