This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK's leading facilities management companies, based at one of their prestigious client sites in Weybridge, Surrey.

Location: Weybridge, Surrey

Hours of Work: 8:00am - 5:00pm (40 hours per week)

Salary: £30,000 Plus Excellent Benefits

Role Responsibilities:

• To Carry out Risk assessments relative to the task undertaken.
• Basic plumbing, painting, plaster patching, changing ceiling tiles.
• Ability, (or willing to be trained), to work in confined spaces, climb ladders/scaffold/mobile access equipment.
• To maintain all internal and external building fabric to a high standard.
• Metal Fabrication and Minor Welding.
• Perform routine and extensive preventative/reactive maintenance, and painting/decoration/general fixes.
• General Handy Person Tasks such as Shelving, Fitting Signage, Carpet, Floor Tiles.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Knowledge in Health and Safety Legislation.
• Holds a full UK Driving License.
• A high level of organisation and an ability to manage a lot of different jobs simultaneously, knowing how to prioritise.
• Relevant qualifications preferred, C&G or equivalent or a trade related qualification.
• CSCS Card preferred but not essential.
• Holds IPAF/MEWP Certification (or willing to be trained)
• Prior experience as a handy person, caretaker, repair person or maintenance person.
