We are looking to hire a Customer Services Administrator for an industry leading utilities provider. This is an excellent opportunity to join an organisation with great training and development opportunities and permanent employment for the right candidate in the future.

ROLE: Customer Services Administrator

PAY RATE: £477 a week (PRE-TAX)

JOB TYPE: Temporary ongoing (minimum 6 MONTHS but permanent likely)

LOCATION: Reading Hybrid (Office Based once or twice a week)

HOURS: Monday to Friday Days

THE ROLE

• Responding to enquiries

• Logging information and updating internal databases

• Looking up customers financial histories in order to ascertain risk

• General Administrative duties

• Credit Vetting Customers

THE SUCESSFUL CANDIDATE

• Financial Background preferred but not essential.

• Will need to have customer Service Experience

• Excellent IT skills

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work on own initiative
