We are recruiting a Mechanical Technician who has experience in industrial & commercial plumbing. You will oversee and coordinate, maintain/repair plumbing and HVAC within the site. A 3rd level qualification in Mechanical/plumbing/Building Services Engineering, with experience in domestic/industrial plumbing and HVAC, also the ability to keep work pace and meet deadlines, along with good organisation skills, will be the winning formula for the Mechanical Technician Responsibilities:

• The Mechanical Technician will do Maintenance/Repair/Install new heating, cooling, and ventilation systems the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC)
• Identifying, diagnosing, troubleshooting, analysing, and repairing of various types of HVAC equipment
• The Mechanical Technician will ensure that all building repairs and upgrades are maintained Troubleshooting on utility issues and documentation is completed, maintained, and reviewed accordingly.
• The Mechanical Technician will control of Facilities contractors including, site entry, permit to work, method statements, work inspections and exit from site, and identify and implement measures to affect savings.

• The Mechanical Technician will Instal/repair sanitation systems, domestic appliances

• The Mechanical Technician will do any other plumbing emergencies repairs required

Skills:

• Experience in plumbing and HVAC
• 3rd level qualification in Mechanical/plumbing/Building Services Engineering
• Self-motivated with ability to work under pressure
• Good organisational and time management skills
