Site Installation Engineer

We are working with a client who specialise in the manufacturing of pumps in the water and wastewater industries.

An opportunity has become available for an Installation and Commissioning Engineer to work on various customer sites in the M25 and surrounding areas.

Ideally we are looking for people who are in commutable distance from Bedford but equally travel and work away on a regular basis. A work van will be provided.

To be considered for this position you will have at least 2-3 years previous experience within a similar Level commissioning role, you will have an excellent working knowledge of electrical / mechanical requirements and regulations as well as Knowledge of NEC3 Construction & Engineering Contracts and possess critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Be willing to work outside of normal working hours when required, and to travel to all UK regions with some overseas travel

* An industry applicable City & Guilds / NVQ equivalent

* Driving License

* A recognised qualification in CDM along with relevant experience.

* CITB : SSSTS (desirable)

* CSCS card (Gold preferable). JIB

* EUSR Card Blue Water

* Confined Space training (CITB but not essential)

* Slinger / CPCS (desirable)

* Thames water passport
