ROLE: Customer Services Administrator PAY RATE: £477 a week (PRE-TAX)JOB TYPE: Temporary ongoing (minimum 6 MONTHS but permanent likely) LOCATION: Reading Hybrid (Office Based once or twice a week)HOURS: Monday to Friday Days THE ROLE

  • Working on a predictive dialler making outbound calls as well as dealing with inbound internal calls
  • Booking and upgrading smart meters for current business customers
  • Keeping up with weekly achievable targets
  • General Administrative duties


  • Previous experience in call centre environments
  • Superb customer services & communication skills
  • Good IT skills (especially Excel)
  • Personable and engaging
  • Treating Customers Fairly
