Project Manager (Refurb & Fit-out)

Project Manger is required for a large commercial building refurb & Fit-out Project in Dorchester area of Dorset.

Candidates must have previous Project Management and Fit-out experience and hold a valid CSCS card & SMSTS Cert.

Duties will include:

• Management of the works and overseeing a team on site to safely deliver the works safely, on time and to budget.
• Ensure program schedule is maintained and delivered on time and within budget.
• Manage day to day operations to ensure construction is conducted in a safe manner.
• Manage commercials, budget, and detail any issued to the senior management teams.
• Manage subcontractors and hold regular review meetings to report on all construction activities.
• Undertake full handover of projects / packages of work.

Project value : £7m+.

Project duration : runs till end of Dec 2023 at least.
