UK WIDE - Field Stores Operative

Carbon60 are currently recruiting for a Field Stores Operative for a well-known large engineering company.

This Stores Operative role is on a 12-month fixed term contract and has become available due to continued growth and expansion. This Field Stores Operative role is a remote field position working anywhere in the UK. The role will provide a van, fuel card, and stay over allowances. You will be required to work away from home 5 days a week. Role Responsibilities will include:

• Arranging stores areas up to 5S standards.
• Refurbishing stores where required.
• Stores racking, configuration, and assembly
• Stock checks
• Referencing, verifying, logging, and transferring engineering spares

This role will involve working away from home on a 4 night per week basis, Monday to Friday. You will be required to attend customers site throughout the UK. Skills and Experience required:

• Previous stores experience
• Experience working in an engineering environment would be desired but not required
• Good customer/ client communication and organisational skills
