Social Coordinator

An exciting opportunity has arisen, due to continued growth of an international client in the renewable energy sector. I am currently recruiting for a proven Social Coordinator for a permanent, site-based staff role. Ideally suited to someone living in, or close to Swansea, Wales. Also suited to someone London based that can regularly travel to South Wales and be reimbursed. The successful candidate would report into the Project Management and HR team. The role: The position holder shall be responsible for the implementation of the Social Policy and Grievance Mechanism of the Company related to large scale energy projects. The successful candidate would need to be familiar with labour legislation, HR, social issues, grievance mechanism, fatigue procedures and in general with manpower/complaints handling. The candidate will be also the liaison with local community and stakeholders and be responsible to familiarise them with the project(s).Requirements:

• BSc in any relevant field
• Previous experience in the Industrial or/and Energy Sectors, 3-6 years.
• Excellent use of English language
• Very good knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the relevant stakeholders.
• Able to work under tight deadlines.
• The candidate shall be familiar with the local labour and social legislation.
• The candidate shall take initiatives to enhance and improve the social and grievance policy of the company.
