Role - Contract Administrator
Location - Perth, Scotland - Hybrid - 1-2 Days in the Office
Start Date - ASAP
Duration - 6 Months + Likely Extension
Working Pattern - Monday-Friday - 40hrs per week
Rates - £50 Hourly Rate Inside IR35 via Umbrella / PAYE Option Available
Clearance Level - BPSS
What is the Role?
This fast paced and rewarding role will involve answering inbound customer queries from business customers and third-party intermediaries via Telephone and Email as per service level agreements.
Throughout these methods we'll be looking for you to promote and maintain a high level of customer service and account management. You'll maintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
You'll be working towards set timescales using established guidelines, procedures, and process driven methodology both as part of a team and on your own initiative. As part of this we'll be looking for you to contribute ideas designed to improve customer service and efficiency across all processes.
As well as inbound customer queries you'll be assisting with the administration and processing of Business Energy Sales contracts for both new and existing customers. Ensuring that contracts are set up accurately and efficiently is a fundamental requirement of this role and will involve adhering to all Client Business Energy quality requirements throughout.
