Vibration Analyst

Carbon60 are currently working with a pump specialist company based in Avonmouth. We are currently looking for a Vibration Analyst (CBM Technician) to join their team, attending customer sites.

This Vibration Analyst position is on a permanent basis in Avonmouth. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience in Vibration Analysis techniques and hold a Vcat qualification.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine onsite Vibration Analysis surveys.
• Conduct non-routine Vibration Analysis (Asset investigations)
• Conduct on site Balancing.
• Conduct on site Laser Alignment
• Conduct Infrared Thermography surveys.
• Conduct Motion Amplification surveys.

Requirements:

• Mechanical or Electrical trade qualified
• Vcat2 qualified
• Familiar with Emerson 2140 analyser
• Proficient in AMS Machinery Manager software
• Laser Aligning Experience
• Balancing Experience (desirable)
• RDI motion amplification equipment experience (desirable)
