They are well established within our core markets and have a diverse project portfolio - typically acting as specialist sub-contractor on sub and super-structure, demolition, hard & soft landscaping and enabling & infrastructure works. In joining the commercial team, you will have the support and opportunity to broaden your skills/experience and ultimately, progress your career.The £9.6m, 55-week project working for Stanhope is located in the northwest of Oxford at a key highways and public transport interchange.The site covers an area of approximately 26 hectares and is located on an area of agricultural land with the A40 and A34 on the east side and railway line on the west. The A44 divides the site in two, this project will involve upgrading the A44:

• Signalised A44/Link Rd junction for all movements in and out.
• Bus Lanes - north and south bound with bus stops plus tiger crossings on the bus bypass lanes for each junction
• Bus Stops upgraded with high quality shelters and real time information system plus new bus stops
• Cycle lanes - 2m wide in either direction.
• Additional toucan crossings at new and amended junctions provided at the signalised junctions serving Pear Tree Park and Ride.
• Landscaping.
• New signal-controlled junction providing access to the land east of the A44.
• Utility diversions
• New retaining wall along Old Woodstock Road.
• Culvert Extension works
