ROLE: Call Centre Advisor - Sales PAY RATE: £11.30 per hour plus commission. JOB TYPE: Temporary (4.5 Months) LOCATION: Belfast (Hybrid)HOURS: Monday to Friday Days (37 hours per week)THE ROLE

• Handling inbound and making outbound calls to existing commercial customers

• Closing sales and retaining existing business customers

• Creating proposals for NI / ROI customers

• Negotiating commercial terms and agreeing contracts

• Completion of all back-office procedures to ensure sales/retention's are correctly processed.

• To meet the required KPI targets including sales, retention's, and compliance

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE

• Experience in inbound and outbound calling in a sales team environment.

• A background in sales / renewals in NI and ROI by phone and email

• Experience in pricing proposal completion, in line with customer requirements and corporate policies

• The ability to work to targets in a fast-paced environment.

• A working knowledge of compliance in a call centre environment is desirable but not essential.
