Kitchen Porter - Edinburgh Park , permanent full -time 40hrs Monday-Friday 730am-400pm £10.90 per hourWe are pleased to present this is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious, diligent, focused individual that really want to make a difference in an exciting, state of the art facility.Job description To provide an efficient and friendly service, complete all duties relating to the operation and to maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness of the facility. To cover holiday and sickness when required with adequate notice

1. Wash up and clean all equipment after all services
2. Keep the kitchen and work area clean and tidy at all times
3. Ensure all the Floors are debris free and there are no spillages
4. Ensure chemical cupboard and cleaninig room are kept clean and tidy
5. Assist on lunch times if needed or in any other area
6. Daily receipt and collect deliveries
7. Record all temperatures on deliveries
8. Put all deliveries away in the correct place ensuring that the stock is correctly rotated in date order
9. Keep all storage area clean and tidy.
10. Ensures compliance with legislative & Health & Safety requirements.
11. Daily requirements regarding service or any work area product top up, stoke rotation, checking dates etc...
12. Cleaning duties of work area to be completed and signed
13. Attend to all required training
14. Any other reasonable request

Essential

• Comply with Company and statutory regulations relating to safe systems of work, health & safety, hygiene, fire cleanliness and COSHH.
• To deliver a consistent level of service, within the Company's standards, to the contract specification and agreed performance, qualitative and financial targets.
