Handyperson - North West London

Maintenance Handyperson - Full time and Permanent - working for a very large nationwide organisation

This role will involve driving a company van - so to apply you must have a full UK driving licence

• £590.00 per week - plus overtime
• £280.00 per week on call allowance (when on call)
• Van and fuel card provided for you - van can be taken home every day (van is tax free)
• 31 days holiday per year
• Yearly pay reviews
• Days - Monday to Friday
• Wembley area

Duties will involve

• Basic plumbing work - changing a tap, flushing through the water system of a building, water temp testing
• Basic electrical work - wiring a plug, testing building lighting system
• Repair of doors and windows
• Changing or repairing locks plus some painting work
• General maintenance and repair work in commercial buildings in North and North West London
• Please note: All applicants must have a full UK driving licence

Essential Requirements:

• Handyperson, maintenance person, or property repair person
• Experience in straight forward plumbing such as changing taps and flushing through water systems.
• Experience in basic testing of lighting systems
• Experienced in very basic electrical work such as wiring a plug or changing a light bulb
• Good all round maintenance and reactive repair experience
• Full UK Driving licence

£590.00 per week (gross) plus hol pay, van and fuel card
