Sales and Service Advisor

Carbon60 are recruiting for a client who is a specialist industrial services provider offering a wide range of mechanical engineering solutions and technical services to an incredibly broad spectrum of industries. They are involved, often without you knowing, in your day to day lives from your breakfast in the morning, to the microchips in your mobile and even supporting the NHS. We are assisting in the recruitment of a Sales and service Advisor based in Aberdeen. This role will initially be a 12 week temp to perm position and will be an integral role for their operation. This role will also be assisting in the engineering administration for our client.

About The Role -

• In this role you will be the first point of contact for customers when enquiring about our products and services.
• As Inside Sales goes, every day is different, from the nature of the products on offer, to the industry our customers are from.
• You'll be adaptable, be a problem solver and want to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, looking to hit and exceed branch targets.
• Sales order processing or administrative skills
• Communication skills
• Knowledge of MRO or engineering products is an advantage
