Asset Manager needed on a permanent basis in the UK. This role would be a Full Time- Hybrid Role and is flexible in the location. The client has offices Nationwide including but not limited to Colchester, Leeds, Nottingham, Exeter, Southampton, West London, Newcastle, Oxford, Isle of Wight and Swansea.

The Role

• Overseeing the management for maintenance, repair of vehicles and property.
• Manage, plan and report on property and vehicle management budgets.
• Managing relationships with stakeholders within the business.
• Ensure the smooth running of asset maintenance.

Requirements

• Proven amount of experience in property and fleet management.
• To be able to communicate confidently and effectively.
• Highly skilled in Microsoft office especially Excel and Word
• To be able to initiate, plan, coordinate, execute and close down a project within timescales given.
