
HELPDESK ADVISORCarbon60 are looking to hire a Helpdesk Advisor for an industry leading Facilities Management company.ROLE: Helpdesk Advisor SALARY: £12.70 p/h JOB TYPE: 10 months (maternity cover)LOCATION: BirminghamHOURS: Full time. 10-hour shifts working on 4 days on 4 days off pattern with rotating shifts on 07:00-17:00, 11:00-21:00 & 21:00-07:00THE ROLE
- To act as first point of contact for internal and external parties providing information on departmental procedures where appropriate.
- Preparation, issue and closing down of Reactive Work Orders.
- To input and retrieve data efficiently and accurately on a daily basis using the computerised systems within Helpdesk, producing information and reports.
- Purchase Requisition and Ordering processing for materials and Subcontractors.
- Ad hoc administration duties
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
- Skilled in Help Desk call processing.
- Customer Service background is beneficial.
- Computer Literate.
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work.
