• Reactive repair on plumbing, heaters toilets pipes and leaks
• Drainage
• Water temperature checks
• Mechanical site/plant room services
• Basic HVAC i.e. Fan Coils Units & Air Handling Units
• Work on boilers
• Gas Safe would help if possible

THE SUCESSFUL CANDIDATE

• Time Served or NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing.
• Enhanced DBS will be required if successful.
