Administrator - Project Support
Southall, UB2 4NA.
6 months temporary to permanent position.
Part Time vacancies working 20 hours each per week, either 8.30 - 1.00 or 1.00 - 5.30
The company is a UK leading engineering business specialising in major mechanical and electrical installations within the food and beverage manufacturing industry. The huge range of work carried out by the company includes electrical, pipework and plant installations, planned and preventive maintenance, facilities management along with a variety of other engineering services. This is a fantastic opportunity for an administrator - project support to join the company's facilities management team at their on-site operations at Southall, UB2 4NA.
As a suitably experienced administrator - project support, you will be working on site at a food production facility in Southall, UB2 4NA. With responsibility to ensure all administrative tasks are completed in line with the companies operating procedures. Particular duties will include: providing first line contact for all help desk enquiries and service support to customers and suppliers. Liaising with customers and suppliers for the speedy and effective delivery of products and services. Planning and arranging sub-contractors, labour and materials. Financial recording and tracking along with utilising the company systems to update additional works, order acceptance, compliance and service delivery. Other duties will include data entry to produce finance reports, preparation of monthly financial trackers and other general office and telephone duties.
Based ideally in Southall, you will need to live within a short commutable distance of UB2 4NA. Ideally less then 1 hour.
Demonstrable experience within a similar facilities or other service coordinator role is preferred for this position, although full training will be given on the company's procedures and systems.
Good understanding of Microsoft Word, Windows and Exel packages.
In return for your experience you will receive a salary between £12.00 and £14.42 per hour with a range of other benefits.
